I have been looking at cars with Hank Carpenter at Foreign Cars Italia in Greensoboro NC for more than 1 year without making a purchase. Most sales people would mark you off of the list but not Hank. I have bought many new and used vehicles (incl. multiple used Porsches, BMWs, and Audis) and my purchase of a used 2002 M3 from Mark a couple of years ago tops them all. I enjoyed working with Mark on the Saturday morning I met him and appreciated being able to trade my Audi in on the spot and drive away with the M3 just a couple of hours later. I am hoping that when I am ready for another 911 (or maybe an Aston?!?) that Mark will have what I am looking for.

First class dealership. I purchased a used Audi A8 after seeing the dealership's listing on Auto Trader. Car was exactly as described, even better. Scott is a very honest salesperson and worked with me to get the deal done. I had planned on paying cash for the vehicle, but the finance dept found such a good low interest rate deal, that I couldn't pass up the opportunity to take it. My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing our LR3. I had seen car on the internet and Reade Fulton did a walk around of the car several different times for me while on the phone. He was very detailed with every question I had and made me feel I was going to get what I was expecting. Wife and I showed up at dealership on a Saturday mid-morning, which is a very busy time for salesman, and Reade greeted us immediately and had car ready for test drive. As soon as we returned to dealership Corey was ready to answer any questions we may have had and began the paperwork. After paperwork was completed Corey gave us a complete tour of the facility and was very knowledgeable of the cars on the showroom floor. Overall the experience exceeded our expectations and our LR3 was exactly what we were looking for. We will be back when we are ready to purchase our next car and would recommend any of our friends.

Just bought a new 2012 458 Italia from Hank Carpenter at Foreign cars Italia. These guys were just phenomenal to deal with. Great customer focused attitude. Negotiations on trade in value was fair and very easy to negotiate. Hank's knowledge of the Ferrari line of cars is phenomenal and the product specialist (Bennett) went over the features of the car in great detail during delivery. The process of buying was a piece of cake. However, I think the process was augmented by the fact I had purchased, over the years, several new cars from this dealer. I also have spent some time getting to know my sales person, which I think speeded up the buying process. They also knew I had the ability to purchase whatever I wanted. If I were interested in any car, they would immediately take me seriously.
